in His garden...

I had some thoughts while I was outside my office this morning...I was picking blackberries and thinking of my life and so much of the stuff that's been happening and how God has been pruning and shaping things in my life, allowing trials and tribulations, shaping and "blessing" my life to make me more into Christ's likeness. These trials were actually blessings in that it deepened my relationship with Him and I was praising Him thru all the stuff happening. I continue to praise my Saviour. As I was gathering the blackberries I thought, His abundance is there for us - we just need to reach out there and make the effort to obtain it. And I noticed also that there was so much fruit on those vines it was more than I could take with me! So it is with God's grace, and blessings!

my first post...

... I'm not usually a very talkative person so we'll see how this blog thing goes! It should be interesting to see if this will open up a dusty, cobweb-covered, creaky old door in my mind to many thoughts, memories, opinions, or just more blah, blah, blah for the web!
